A job fair is a career expo wherein employers meet job seekers. Job seekers get to meet a host of company representatives under one roof. Similar to an exhibition, companies set up small booths and have a representative sitting there with company brochures, leaflets and other collaterals. Representatives answer queries on companies and also collect the resumes of students and job seekers.
